Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based art has taken over the internet and caught the imagination of netizens. AI art has given people the ability to depict some out-of-the-world scenarios and situations from imagining what rulers in the past may have looked like to showcasing snowfall in cities like Delhi and Kolkata.
Now, an AI enthusiast named Sahid (@sahixd) has created a series of AI images imagining various Indian actors as elderly men. The images have been created using the software Midjourney, a prompt-based AI art tool. Actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Allu Arjun, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Akshay Kumar and Shahid Kapoor have been given a digital makeover showing their significantly aged selves. “AI imagines actors as old men,” he captioned the post.

Posted three days ago, it has received more than 46,000 likes.
“Hritik look like Ranbir Kapoor,” commented a user. “Shahid Kapoor looks less like himself but more like Emraan Hashmi,” said another in Hindi. “Why does everyone have beard? Why can’t they should old age with moustache only or clean shaven look?” another wrote. “Only Salman Khan, Prabhas & Akshay Kumar are recognisable,” shared yet another.
Recently, the same AI artist had created a series of images showing a group of top cricket players significantly aged. The series showed cricketers like Ravindra Jadeja, M S Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar, K L Rahul, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, and Cheteshwar Pujara, in their older avatar.
