Many people are afraid of snakes and even dreaming about the reptiles can send shivers down their spines. However, people who work closely with snakes, make it look like it’s no big deal even when the reptiles retaliate.
Jay Brewer, a man who owns a store called Prehistoric Pets in California, is passionate about snakes and reptiles and often posts videos of looking after them. In a video posted on March 22, he is seen attempting to save the eggs of a reticulated python. Reticulated python, species native to South and Southeast Asia, is the longest snake in the world and among the three heaviest. In the video, Brewer attempted to take the eggs of the python and it lunged at him.
Moving swiftly, Brewer nonchalantly ducked as if it was no big deal. “She’s getting close but not close enough,” he said after dodging the snake. “Sometimes saving reticulated python eggs can be a daring job, but good thing I love what I do!” Brewer captioned the video.
