Team Mongolia made headlines with their intricately embroidered vests, pleated robes, and traditionally accessorised uniforms at the Paris Olympics 2024 opening ceremony made by Ulaanbaatar’s Michel & Amazonka. Now, a viral Instagram reel from @brutamerica featuring a Mongolian acrobat shooting an arrow with her legs gave a thrilling glimpse into the Mongolia House project at the Games.

The reel has racked up over 81.6K views and 2,000 likes, leaving viewers amazed.

The video opens with a woman scaling two poles. As she climbs, she balances a bow and arrow on her left leg. Once she’s steady, she transitions into a scorpion headstand. With her right leg, she draws back the arrow and takes aim.

The arrow lands perfectly on the outer red section of the board.

In the background, three musicians play a soft cultural tune while she performs the stunt. The video, now viral, has sparked many comments from viewers.

Reacting to the video, one Instagram user commented, “Magnificent”. Another user wrote “Mongolia house kinda lit tho”. A third commented, “Mongolia won the Olympics without having to win a single medal”.

The event took place as part of the “Mongolia House” project. This was initiated by the Mongolian Olympic Committee. This project aims to present Mongolian heritage, culture, history and tradition to the international community during the Paris Olympics.

Mongolia House is open till August 10, 2024. A recent report by the Mongolian National News Academy states that over 10,000 people have visited Mongolia House in the first three days.
