The internet is buzzing with excitement over an adorable video that shows Korean vlogger James Park introducing his parents to Indian food for the first time. The video shows a variety of delectable food like rice, saag paneer, and butter chicken, being served to his parents, who initially show signs of curiosity and reluctance.

The experience kicks off with a refreshing mango lassi. After sipping it, Park’s father enthusiastically exclaims, “Mango always tastes amazing,” while his mother marvels at its thickness, saying, “It’s so thick and delicious.”

The always-favourite pani puri is served next, to which Park’s mother says, “Yum! Delicious!” with delight. After tasting chana chaat, she makes a delightful comparison to tonkatsu sauce, connecting it with flavours they are accustomed to from their Korean background.

Park’s father notices the garlic naan and compares it to pizza as they carry on with their culinary exploration. Park jokingly says, “Don’t eat it like this,” as his mother happily puts butter chicken gravy on her naan. “Try to dip the naan in the sauce,” Park adds. After taking his suggestion, she responds with, “Yum! So savoury!”

As the meal winds down, Park’s mother reflects on the experience, saying, “I don’t want this to end as a memory. I want to experience this taste again!” When asked about her favourite dish, she quickly replies, “Butter chicken,” taking another delicious bite.
