Weight loss is definitely one of the most discussed topics. While a few hacks work for some, others find it extremely exhausting. As such, there are questions on whether one can work on a few lifestyle tweaks to address issues like thigh and belly fat. While experts suggest a wholesome approach to weight and fitness which includes dietary tweaks and lifestyle modifications, there are still a few that could directly impact your abdominal muscles when practised with other necessary tweaks regularly, indicated actor and fitness buff Taapsee Pannu‘s nutritionist Munmun Ganeriwal in a post on Instagram.

Here’s what she suggested.
*Instead of sitting down or sleeping, gently walk around for 10 minutes immediately after each meal
*Instead of icy cold water, sip on hot/warm water through the day
*Instead of underestimating rest, prioritise relaxation through deep breathing exercises
*Instead of eating every two hours, eat when hungry
Dietitian Aarti Nath, clinical dietician and nutritionist, Paras Health, Udaipur said that these hacks are effective. “But it’s important to note that reducing belly fat or achieving weight loss generally involves a combination of factors, including a balanced and nutritious diet, regular exercise, and a healthy lifestyle,” said Dr Nath.
She emphasised that there is no magic solution or quick fix for targeting fat in specific areas of the body. “It’s always recommended to consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian who can provide personalised advice based on your specific needs and goals. They can help create a comprehensive plan that includes a balanced diet, portion control, regular exercise, and other lifestyle factors that are effective for long-term weight management,” elucidated Dr Nath.
