The celebrity wedding we’ve all been waiting for is finally here. Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha are all set to tie the knot this Sunday. The actor-politician couple is holding their grand wedding in Udaipur’s Leela Palace. But, before the gorgeous photographs of their highly-anticipated wedding come in, we have a sneak peek into their pre-wedding festivities.
Singer Navraj Hans, who performed at their Sangeet function, unveiled the first looks of the couple on social media.
For her Sangeet night, which was held on Saturday, Parineeti Chopra can be seen dressed in a stunning shimmery silver lehenga, paired with a matching heavily embroidered shrug. Meanwhile, Raghav Chadha kept it dapper in a black blazer-pant combo.
While the actor teamed her mesmerising ensemble with diamond jewellery, including a pair of stud earrings, a choker necklace, bracelets and statement rings, the politician went for a classy watch and shiny black formal shoes as accessories. Keeping it simple and elegant, Parineeti chose minimal glam makeup and a sleek hairdo to round it off.
In another video, the renowned singer Navraj Hans can be seen performing at their Sangeet night with the audience grooving to the beats.
Earlier in May of this year, the couple got engaged in the presence of their family and friends. For the special occasion, Parineeti decked up in an elegant soft-pink tissue silk kurta, teamed with a Kashmiri thread work dupatta from the shelves of designer Manish Malhotra. On the other hand, Raghav wore an ivory achkan made of pure Khadi silk with matching pants and a kurta from his designer-uncle Pawan Sachdeva.
The intimate ceremony was attended by many notable figures, such as Parineeti’s cousin-actor Priyanka Chopra, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Malhotra, among others.
