Actor Varun Tej and his wife, Lavanya Tripathi, announced the arrival of their baby boy on Wednesday. Varun Tej took to his Instagram to share the announcement. He shared a picture of himself with his wife with their baby in her arms and wrote in the caption, “Our little man. 10.09.2025.” Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Aditi Rao Hydari, Upasana Kamineni shared congratulatory messages on the post.
However, the most special wish came from veteran actor Chiranjeevi, who took to X to post a picture where he is holding the baby. The star wrote, “Welcome to the world, little one! A hearty welcome to the newborn baby boy in the Konidela family. Heartfelt congratulations to Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi on becoming proud parents.” Varun Tej is the son of Chiranjeevi’s younger brother.
He added, “So happy for Nagababu and Padmaja, who are now promoted to proud grandparents. Wishing the baby boy all the happiness, good health, and blessings in abundance. May your love and blessings always surround our child.”
Varun Tej and Lavanya met on the set of the film Mister in 2017, and after a few years of dating, they tied the knot in 2023. Varun Tej will be seen next in the yet untitled ‘VT15’, which is a supernatural comedy directed by Merlapaka Gandhi.
