Zoya Akhtar and Farhan Akhtar have announced the release date of their upcoming film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, which is scheduled to stream from December 26, 2023 on Netflix. Starring Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, Adarsh Gourav, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is a ‘coming-of-digital-age’ story about three friends in their mid-20s navigating life in the world of social media.

Set in Mumbai, this narrative of three friends is brought to life by debutant director Arjun Varain Singh. The film chronicles the lives of three best friends Imaad (Siddhant Chaturvedi), Ahana (Ananya Panday) and Neil (Adarsh Gourav), who together navigate aspirations, relationships and emotions.

Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is bankrolled by Excel Entertainment’s Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar in collaboration with Tiger Baby’s Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar. It is written by Zoya Akhtar, Arjun Varain Singh and Reema Kagti.

Producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar described the film as a love letter to friendships in the era of social media. They said, “It’s great to have an exceptional ensemble featuring Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav beautifully capturing the pulse of this generation.
