This is the first time that Jaideep and Saif are working together; he has previously shared screen space with the latter’s wife, actor Kareena Kapoor, in Netflix’s Jaane Jaan. The actor earlier delivered the successful second season of Paatal Lok.

Jewel Thief marks Saif Ali Khan’s first release after the violent attack on him at his home in January. The actor underwent multiple surgeries after being stabbed five times by an intruder during an alleged robbery attempt.

Set to hit Netflix on April 25, Jewel Thief has already stolen attention across social media thanks to its bold casting, campy-glam aesthetic, and a storyline that looks like it’s packed with curveballs.
