The 70-year-old actor said he fails to understand why Kapoor, who was the chief guest at the event, would do something like that at an international film festival platform.

“IFFI is a government film festival, but it seems to be taking a different course. It is no longer about good cinema, it is more about entertainment. I feel very reluctant to say this, but the chief guest at the IFFI opening ceremony was dancing on stage,” the “Black” actor said, while attending a press conference to extend his support to protesting FTII students here.

During the star-studded opening ceremony of IFFI, Kapoor shook a leg on his famous Hindi dance number “Dhak Dhak” and “My Name is Lakhan”.
