The famous santoor player and Indian classical musician died of a heart arrest. He was 84 years old. Pandit Shivkumar Sharma had been suffering from kidney failure for a few months and was on dialysis. A state funeral at the Pawan Hans Juhu aerodrome in Mumbai was paid the ace musician on May 11.
