Nithin Kamath, co-founder and CEO of Zerodha, an Indian financial services company, turned 44 years old on Thursday and took to X, formerly Twitter, to share an inspiring photo of himself.
Kamath is seen posing shirtless in a gym and showing off his well-toned physique. The entrepreneur said his body fat is at 14.3 per cent, which is the lowest he has been. Thanking everyone for the birthday wishes, Kamath said he posted the photo so that he doesn’t slack and also inspires people and remind them that age is just a number.
“Turned 44 today at 14.3% body fat, the lowest I have been. Sharing publicly for accountability, so I don’t slack and revert back to the mean, and maybe inspire a few folks and remind them that age is just a number. And thanks everyone for the birthday wishes,” Kamath wrote.
The post has gathered over 18,000 likes and impressed netizens.
