There is no dearth of videos on the internet showcasing various food experiments. Street vendors have created bizarre dishes from things that foodies love. Now, a video of a woman making “Maggi paratha” has gone viral.
Sukrit Jain, a food blogger, posted the video on his Instagram account, @thegreatindianfoodie. The clip shows the woman begin by cooking Maggi in a pan the usual way, with just water and Maggi masala. She puts the noodles in a bowl and adds coriander leaves and onion to it. She then grates dollops of cheese to the mixture.
The woman then starts preparing a paratha and adds the Maggi noodles to it. The woman puts the paratha on a tawa and adds a generous amount of ghee to it. Then she serves the bulky paratha on a plate. “Would u dare to try this Maggi paratha??” says the caption of the video.

The video did not win the approval of netizens.
“Amazing hidden talent, keep it hidden,” commented an Instagram user. “Now In this world I think everything is incomplete without cheese,” said another. “This is the reason for the loss of appetite for a ton of people,” wrote a third.
In May, a food blogger named Tanvi Gor made a version of the south Indian dish dosa with Maggi noodles. First, she smashed the noodles into smaller bits and added it to a grinder. Then adding some rava to the mix, she turned it into a fine paste.
Gor added some water and salt to the mixture. She then went on to pour the “Maggi dough” onto a pan and topped it with a pinch of Maggi masala, oil and coriander. She cooked the dosa till it turned crispy and served it on a plate.
