A new video of Sonam Raghuvanshi, an Indore woman accused of killing her husband Raja Raghuvanshi during their honeymoon in Meghalaya, has emerged on social media. The video shows the couple trekking, and is probably the last video of them together.

Shared by content creator Dev Singh on Instagram, the now-viral video shows Sonam Raghuvanshi leading the way up a hill, with Raja Raghuvanshi following close behind.

“I was travelled to Meghalaya double decker root bridge on 23rd May 2025 and recorded videos. Yesterday I was checking videos and I have found recording of the Indore couple, it was around 9:45am in the morning when we were going down and couple were going up after stayed night in nogriat village. I think this was the last recording of the couple and sonam was wearing the same white shirt which was found near Raja. I hope this will also help Meghalaya police in connecting the dots,” Singh wrote in the caption.

Meanwhile, during the interrogation of other suspects in the case, the police have learnt that after one of the alleged hired killers, Vishal, struck Raja Raghuvanshi on the head, the group threw his body down a gorge. “Sonam allegedly took her husband to the spot after telling him that she wanted to take a picture. The men claim they took her help in throwing the body. Then they travelled on a scooter together and dispersed,” said a senior officer.

Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi got married on May 11. The Indore couple went missing on May 23 during their honeymoon in Meghalaya. After a massive search operation conducted by local authorities in the northeastern state, Raja Raghuvanshi’s decomposed body was recovered from a gorge on June 2. Thereafter, Sonam Raghuvanshi was arrested at a roadside eatery in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur on June 9.
