LinkedIn is mostly used for networking and finding job opportunities for oneself, but a young woman from Delhi recently flipped the script by using the platform to help her father land a job.

In an inspiring post, Priyanshi Bhatt spoke highly of her father’s incredible career in the automobile industry. Describing him as “conscientious, hardworking, loyal, empathetic, and exceptionally talented,” Bhatt highlighted his remarkable 30-40 years of experience as a manager, plant head, director, and even CEO at esteemed companies like Swaraj Mazda, Maruti Joint Venture, Alfa Cotec Industry, and KD Industries.

She also shed light on his exceptional leadership, mentioning how individuals who trained under him decades ago have remained by his side throughout his career, following him to different organisations just to continue working under his mentorship.

Bhatt also shared the reason behind her father’s decision to switch jobs. She explained that her father has been struggling with financial instability at his current organisation, where he hasn’t received his regular salary for an entire year. Despite these challenges, his unwavering dedication to the company has been evident, as he often works extra hours, and even on Sundays. “All thanks to his empathetic nature,” she wrote.

Recognising the need for stability, her father, with his family’s full support, decided to explore new opportunities in the automobile sector. She described him as a highly skilled, solutions-driven professional with outstanding communication abilities, deep expertise in his field, and a talent for motivating and leading teams.

“My father is the best candidate any organisation can hire, so please don’t miss out on this opportunity,” she wrote. She invited interested employers to reach out to her so she could facilitate a connection, signing off with gratitude: “Thanks for reading so patiently.”

The post, shared just a day ago, has garnered over 3,400 reactions and more than 500 comments. Many LinkedIn users have applauded the woman for her thoughtful gesture.
