Billionaire businessman Niranjan Hiranandani, who is the co-founder and managing director of Hiranandani Group, engaged in real estate business, took a local train from Mumbai to Ulhasnagar, a city in Maharashtra’s Thane district, and posted a video on Instagram which is going viral.

The 73-year-old ditched his fancy cars for a ride in the AC coach of a Mumbai local to beat the city’s notorious traffic. The video shows him waiting at the platform with other passengers and then boarding the AC coach. Some members of his team accompanied him onboard the train and he is seen interacting with fellow passengers.

“Saving Time and beating Traffic with the City’s Lifeline a journey from Mumbai to Ulhasnagar in an AC coach was a insightful personal experience,” Hiranandani wrote as the caption.

I wish I could get to meet you as a person someday sir. Regards,” wrote a third. “It’s become the necessity now! Lack of proper management of traffic on the roads, poor road conditions and lack of safety are the deterrents to drive our own vehicle,” another netizen posted.
