A Russian entrepreneur, Felix Demin, is winning hearts on the internet after he gave a tour of his commercial plane-turned-luxury villa. In the video shared by industrialist Anand Mahindra, Demin is seen giving a tour of his villa, set in the picturesque Nyang Nyang Cliff in Bali, Indonesia.
Demin transformed a retired Boeing 737 plane into a two-bedroom dwelling with a terrace and an infinity pool. The video shows a living room with a bar, a glass portal, a sofa bed, and two bedrooms with walk-in closets. Demin converted the cockpit into a bathroom with a bathtub.
Sharing the video on X, Anand Mahindra wrote, “Some people are fortunate enough to be able to turn their fantasies into reality. And this chap doesn’t seem to impose any constraints on his imagination! I’m trying to figure out whether I’d ever be interested in booking a stay here but I’m a bit worried about jet lag post the experience…”

A report in CNN said Demin bought the retired Boeing 737 back in 2021. He opened the villa for stays in 2023, after transforming the plane. The tariff for the villa begins from around $7,000. Soon after the video went viral, social media users hailed the entrepreneur and his idea. A user wrote, “Only relaxation. And no turbulence.” Another commented, “Imagination meets the talent.”
