Fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya’s son Sidhartha Mallya got married to Jasmine in a lavish wedding ceremony in the UK. According to multiple reports, the wedding took place at Vijay Mallya’s $14 million estate in Hertfordshire in the presence of close family and friends.
Several photos and videos from the ceremony are doing rounds on the Internet. Industrialist Harsh Goenka shared inside videos wherein the couple could be seen greeted by the guests after the Christian wedding. In one of the photos, Vijay Mallya could be seen posing with the newlywed.
“Liquor tycoon’s son Sidharth Mallya gets married with fanfare today in London,” Goenka wrote on X.

Sidhartha Mallya also shared the photos from the Christian wedding on Instagram. For their D-day, Sidhartha sported a green tuxedo and Jasmine slayed in a white wedding gown with sheer embroidery.
“Mr & Mrs Muppet,” he captioned the photos.
Earlier this week, Sidhartha dropped a picture with Jasmine and wrote, “Wedding week has commenced.”
Sidhartha Mallya and Jasmine dated for over a year before getting engaged last year in November. Jasmine announced their engagement by sharing a string of pictures on social media. The photos showed the couple dressed for Halloween. In the next photo, Jasmine was seen flaunting her engagement ring.
“Forever & ever,” she wrote.
Vijay Mallya, 68, is accused in the over Rs 900-crore alleged loan fraud case, being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). He fled India in March 2016 and is currently living in the UK. Sidhartha Mallya was born in Los Angeles and was raised in London and the UAE. He is the son of Vijay Mallya and his first wife Samira Tyabjee Mallya.
