Jaylan Ford was dancing his heart out during Taylor Swift’s concert at the AT&T stadium in Texas, when his night became even more special after Swift gifted him a signed hat during the performance of peppy dance number ’22’.
Ford has autism and he works as a traffic signal manager in Arlington. Over the years, he became a local celebrity in his area, thanks to his daily dancing at a popular intersection of S Cooper and Pleasant Ridge Road.
The teenager was able to attend the sought-after concert after his mother opened a GoFundMe account to afford the tickets.
On Sunday, he posted a video on his social media that showed Taylor Swift gifting him her hat after she noticed his dancing. After gifting him the hat, Swift blows him a kiss as he pumped his fist into the air.
While talking about this wholesome moment on Instagram, Ford wrote, “Omggg!!! I’m so happy @taylorswift @taylornation gave me her hat in signed it for me omggg!! I couldn’t even sleep man I am a swiftie forever 🥰🔥🔥 be outside today thank you all”.
This video soon went viral across social media. Commenting on it, an Instagram user wrote, “I am so happy for you!! You bring my family so much joy with your wonderful spirit. You deserve this! ❤️”. Another person wrote, “You deserve it! I’m glad that TS recognized a mega fan like you!”
