How often does a travel experience improve due to the thoughtful actions of fellow passengers? But when passengers like this woman go out of their way to ensure everybody’s comfort, they truly deserve an applause.
On a 10-hour flight from South Korea to the United States, 200 travellers were touched by a kind gesture from a fellow passenger that turned their journey into a memorable moment for a lifetime.
A post by UK newspaper columnist George (@georgeviews) is going viral on X (formerly Twitter) as he recounts a heartwarming incident on a flight from South Korea to the United States. During the 10-hour journey, a mother distributed bags to over 200 passengers, each containing candy, gum, and earplugs as a thoughtful gesture in case her 4-month-old baby cried during the flight.
He adds in the post that the bag also included a message that read, “Hi, I’m Jun Woo. I’m 4 months old and today I’m traveling to the United States with my mom and grandma. I’m a little nervous and scared. This is my first flight. I will try to stay calm, but I can’t promise. Please use the earplugs if my voice gets too loud. Enjoy your trip.”
He concludes his post with, “A show of respect for the freedom of others.”
