Now, in an episode of MasterChef Australia, Indian-origin contestant Sumeet Saigal left the judges spellbound after she served them a plate of the beloved Indian snack.

MasterChef Australia contestant Sumeet Saigal resigned from her sales manager job to pursue her dream of becoming a chef.

In the promo shared by the food reality show, Saigal explains how to eat pani puris to the judges. First, she asks them to break the puris, fill it with potato, add mint coriander and date-tamarind chutney, and then add the spicy water to it. As soon as the judges eat a pani puri each, a crunching sound elevates the atmosphere at MasterChef Australia. The video ends with the judges applauding Saigal.

Sharing the video on Instagram, the official handle of MasterChef Australia wrote, “Pani puri lesson from the master!”
