The Internet has a history of introducing mind-boggling things to the users every once in a while. Be it the white-gold dress (or was it blue-black?), or the relatively new shiny legs (or were they white marks?), we have seen friendships break, enmities go deeper, and indifference turn to bewilderment, thanks to them.

And just when you thought that peace has been restored, there is a pair of flip-flops that are going to prove you wrong. The social media is now increasingly losing it over deciding if the pair is white-gold o blue-black in colour. The picture of the pair was reportedly shared first on Twitter by @positivedem, and since then the community is divided and taking sides. While a majority has said that the sandals are white and gold in colour, for others it is blue-black or blue-grey.

People’s reactions after coming across the pair are hilarious. While some have exclaimed how this confusion has cost them their dear friendships, others are “questioning everything in life” because they thought the dress was blue-black while they think the flip-flop is white-gold.

The dress and the legs were actually not the only concepts that had the social media users on their toes. Though not as popular, there were bags and jackets too, that were keeping the people guessing.
