‘Saturday Night Live’ recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. The event was a star-studded affair, with Hollywood’s finest joining the show.

Actor Emma Stone walked the red carpet alongside her husband and former SNL writer Dave McCary in an iconic popcorn outfit that has sent social media into a frenzy.

Stone struck a pose for photographers, casually enjoying a bucket of popcorn while wearing a custom red, floor-length Louis Vuitton gown. The dress featured two pockets filled with the snack, adding a playful touch. She completed the look with matching red heels and a chic new pixie cut hairstyle. The Poor Things actor was celebrating the sketch comedy show, which debuted in 1975 and will be honoured with a three-hour special airing on NBC, PEOPLE Magazine reported.

Soon after Stone unveiled her look, fans flocked to the Internet to react to it. “Who DOESN’T want a dress with popcorn pockets? Nobody, that’s who! Love it & her sense of humour. She looks gorgeous in red!” a fan wrote. “Love the pixie cut on her. Flattering when I thought it wouldn’t be with her large features. I love her,” another fan commented.

“Let’s make this a normal thing,” a third social media user reacted. “How fun is that! Amen to the pockets,” another said.

The Oscar-winning actor will be next seen in Bugonia, which is likely to hit the silver screen this year. The film will also star Jesse Plemons and Alicia Silverstone in key roles.
