Viral video shows Diljit Dosanjh’s song ‘Naina’ being played at London clothing store, fans react

Actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh emerged as a global icon with his acting prowess and impeccable performance at the Coachella 2023. A video––a testament to Dosanjh’s worldwide popularity––has caught the Internet’s attention.

The viral clip shows Dosanjh’s popular song Naina being played at a clothing store at London’s Primark Oxford Street. The song picturised on Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon for the movie Crew also features rapper Badshah.

In the viral video, a woman can be heard saying, “Oh my God! Diljit is everywhere. London ke store mein Diljit ke gaane chal rhe hain (Diljit’s song is playing at a store in London). Wow. Shopping choro main toh gaana hi sun kar khush ho gayi (Forget shopping! I am happy listening to the song).”

Sharing the video on Instagram, paparazzi Viral Bhayani wrote, “Diljit Dosanjh’s ‘Naina’ playing loud and proud in a London fashion hotspot.”

With over two million views, the video garnered several reactions from the singer’s fans. Reacting to it, a fan commented, “Sing (Singh) is King.” Another user wrote, “Daljit (Diljit) is international global singer now.”

“International Super star,” a third fan reacted.

Diljit Dosanjh, adding another feather in his cap, is all set to make his debut on the popular American chat show The Tonight Show. Announcing it on social media, Dosanjh wrote, “PANJABI AAGYE OYEE. This Week’s Guest.”

Last year, Dosanjh scripted history as he became the first Punjabi artist to perform at Coachella. The singer was last seen opposite Parineeti Chopra in Imtiaz Ali’s musical biopic Amar Singh Chamkila. He is currently promoting his upcoming Punjabi film Jatt and Juliet 3, co-starring Neeru Bajwa.
