Late YouTuber Abhradeep Saha aka Angry Rantman to get tribute at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge Stadium

Fellow Chelsea fan and co-owner of the website 'TheChelsSocial' Tom Overend, in a post on X, informed a tribute will be arranged for Abhradeep at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge Stadium at an upcoming game.

Fondly known as Angry Rantman, popular YouTuber Abhradeep Saha passed away on April 16. Amid the sea of tributes for Saha on social media, Tom Overend, another Chelsea fan and the co-owner of the website ‘TheChelsSocial’, posted on X that Angry Rantman will receive a tribute at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge Stadium.

Overend shared that he coordinated with Saha’s family to organise the tribute. “Update: It has been possible to put his family in touch with Chelsea to arrange a tribute to Abhradeep at Stamford Bridge at an upcoming game and get him included in the Matchday programme. I will keep everybody updated to which game. Thank you so much for the support,” he wrote on X.

Soon after the announcement, Angry Rantman’s fans celebrated it and thanked Overend. “Excellent work Tom. Really proud of you for doing this brother. This will mean a lot to Abhradeep’s family,” a user responded on X. “This is a very noble gesture Tom, great job and kudos to the club for doing this, acknowledging one of their biggest fans from abroad,” another user wrote.

“Not everyone goes out of their way to give someone the farewell they deserve & also kudos to Chelsea FC for accommodating this event for a guy who bleed Blue through & through. Keep up the good work Tom, you’re an absolute legend for this!” a third user commented.

Who was Abhradeep Saha?

Popularly known as Angry Rantamn, Saha shot to fame after his video on Chelsea Football Club took social media by storm. After gaining prominence, he created rant videos and analyses, mostly on sports and cinema. Born on February 19, 1996, in Kolkata, Saha enjoyed a significant following with over 481k subscribers on YouTube and 119k followers on Instagram.

Leaving his fans devastated, Saha, 27, succumbed to multiple organ failure despite an open-heart surgery he underwent.
