CHANDIGARH, Jan 1: The effigy of Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee was burnt by city Congress unit here today.
In a press release, secretary and principal of Yakub Massiha Sangathan and the president of the New Congress Party, Rampal Hans stated that in the communal reign of Vajpayee all religions except Hinduism were under threat.
