Roshni Chopra, who frequently shares effective lifestyle tips with her followers, recently took to Instagram to post a “glow hack” – a 3-minute ear massage. “Experts swear it’s one of the best anti-ageing secrets. Though there’s nothing wrong with ageing, I do love me a glow back,” she wrote.

She said that massaging your ears for just three minutes a day can give you the most incredible glowing skin. Before we get to the benefits, let’s understand why it happens.

“This works because of all the nerves that are connected to the ears and stimulating them actually releases endorphins and can even reduce pain. The trick is to be consistent – just 3 minutes a day – and the best part is you can do it anywhere anytime. It is great for acne-prone skin also as you’re not touching the face,” Roshni said.
