“Three ingredients is all it takes to make Dani Michelle’s simple and delicious pancakes. When we got intel from Kourt’s stylist that her pancakes can be whipped up in 15 minutes or less, we knew we needed to share. Add this recipe to your cookbook for the next time your morning is rushed because you snoozed your alarm, or simply because it’s just that easy. Plus, you won’t regret it since they are packed with protein, keeping you fuller for a longer period of time,” Poosh wrote.

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana, mashed (note: it helps if the banana is a little soft and older)
2 eggs
Coconut oil
*optional for flavour:
Cinnamon
Dash of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a bowl, add the banana, eggs, desired amount of cinnamon, and a dash of salt.
2. With a hand blender, combine the ingredients until there are no lumps.
3. In a pan, add the oil. Allow the oil to heat (about 1 minute).
4. With a large spoon, scoop out small portions of the pancake mixture and add it to the hot oil.
5. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
6. Enjoy!
