Experts advise to consume seasonal fruits and vegetables to ensure proper water intake and stay hydrated. One such summer fruit which is packed with an array of nutrients is jamun, commonly known as Indian blackberry. It is said to be safe for diabetics as well.

As per dietitian Mac Singh, jamun helps improve haemoglobin levels. Additionally, the fruit aids in weight loss and is diabetic-friendly.

Today, we bring to you an easy three-ingredient drink recipe which besides being delicious, helps in weight loss too.

Jamun shot recipe

Ingredients

*250 gm jamun
*½ tsp black salt
*1 tsp lemon juice

Method

*Chop and deseed the jamun.
*Now blend the jamun, add black salt and lemon juice to it.
*Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and pour the mixture into a shot glass.
*If you want, you can add mint for flavour.

Voila! Your jamun shot drink is ready to serve.
