JD(U) to contest elections in MP on its own

JD(United) has not entered into a poll alliance with any party in Madhya Pradesh for upcoming LS elections.

Janata Dal (United) has not entered into a poll alliance with any party in Madhya Pradesh for the forthcoming general elections,a party leader said on Wednesday.

“Though the JD (U) is an ally of the NDA at the Centre there is no such alliance in Madhya Pradesh. We are contesting from two seats in MP,” state president Saroj Nayyak told reporters here after filing her nomination papers from Khajuraho parliamentary seat.

Apart from her,she said JD(U) nominee Bharo Singh Dhamor will fight election from Ratlam seat.
