Festival Special Train 2025: To ensure smooth and comfortable travel for devotees and passengers during the upcoming festive season, the Central Railway (CR) zone has decided to operate 944 special trains to various destinations across the country.

The ticket booking for these festival special trains will commence next week.

Festival Special Train 2025: To ensure smooth and comfortable travel for devotees and passengers during the upcoming festive season, the Central Railway (CR) zone has decided to operate 944 special trains to various destinations across the country. The ticket booking for these festival special trains will commence next week.

“Central Railway has decided to run 944 special trains for the convenience of passengers during the upcoming Puja, Diwali and Chhath festival season between various destinations,” Dr. Swapnil Nila, Chief Public Relations Officer, Central Railway said in a statement.

Central Railway: Festival Special Trains List 2025

Pune – Hazrat Nizamuddin – Pune Weekly Superfast Special (20 Services)

01491 Weekly Superfast Special will leave Pune at 17.30 hrs every Friday from 26.09.2025 to 28.11.2025 (10 Services) and will arrive Hazrat Nizamuddin at 20.00 hrs next day.
01492 Weekly Superfast Special will leave Hazrat Nizamuddin at 21.25 hrs every Saturday from 27.09.2025 to 29.11.2025 (10 Services) and will arrive Pune at 23.55 hrs next day.
Halts: Lonavala, Kalyan, Bhiwandi Road, Vasai Road, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, Udhna, Vadodara Jn, Godhra(only for 01492), Ratlam, Shamgarh, Bhawani Mandi, Ramganj Mandi, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Bharatpur Jn, Mathura.
Composition: One AC 2-Tier, Four AC 3-Tier, 11 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class, 2 General Second class cum Guard’s Brake Van.

Kolhapur – Mumbai CSMT – Kolhapur Weekly Special (20 Services)

01418 Weekly Special will leave Kolhapur at 22.00 hrs every Wednesday from 24.09.2025 to 26.11.2025 (10 Services) and will arrive CSMT at 13.30 hrs next day.
01417 Weekly Special will leave CSMT at 14.30 hrs every Thursday from 25.09.2025 to 27.11.2025 (10 Services) and will arrive Kolhapur at 04.20 hrs next day.
Halts: Miraj, Sangli, Kirloskar Vadi, Karad, Satara, Lonand, Jejuri, Pune, Lonavala, Kalyan.
