Chandigarh: Health Secretary Ram Niwas along with chief engineer,chief architect,director health services and other officers reviewed the construction work of the new OPD at Government Multi-specialty Hospital in Sector 16 and Government Medical College and Hospital Sector 32 on Friday.

Chandigarh: Health Secretary Ram Niwas along with chief engineer,chief architect,director health services and other officers reviewed the construction work of the new OPD at Government Multi-specialty Hospital in Sector 16 and Government Medical College and Hospital Sector 32 on Friday. The new OPD block at GMHS is coming up at a cost of Rs 13.75 crore. It compromises of two blocks a four storey building and a six storey building with basementsqIt will have ramp facility,proper fire fighting system,solar water heating system,centralised air condition,elevators,fire alarms etc. The construction work at this site will be completed by December 2010.
