Haryana Vigilance Bureau has ordered Urban Local Bodies Department to take administrative action against its three officials found guilty of selling coins and Mangal Sutars at a low rate as these were converted from the jewellery offered at the shrine by the devotees.

Vigilance Bureau seeks action against three employees of Mansa Devi Shrine Board

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Vigilance Bureau has ordered Urban Local Bodies Department to take administrative action against its three officials found guilty of selling coins and Mangal Sutars at a low rate as these were converted from the jewellery offered at the shrine by the devotees. Vigilance had sought departmental action against three employees of the Shrine Board,Des Raj Arora,accounts officer (now retired); Sukhdev,accountant and Archana Siyal a clerk in the Board.

Complaint lodged against SDM (South)

Chandigarh: Aarti Bhullar of Sector 34 has moved a complaint against SDM (South) alleging that he misbehaved with her and her daughter when they went to his office. The complainant alleged that the SDM used abusive language and threatened them.
