Sebi Clears Rs 10,000 cr IPO of ICICI Prudential AMC

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has received approval from market regulator Sebi for its initial public offering (IPO) estimated at around Rs 10,000 crore. The IPO of the country’s second-largest mutual fund will be an entirely offer-for-sale (OFS) issue by UK-based Prudential Corporation Holdings (PCH). The share sale, expected to hit the market in the second half of December, is likely to value the AMC at over Rs one lakh crore, placing it among the largest listings from the financial-services sector.

The AMC’s quarterly average AUM was Rs 8.79 lakh crore as of March 2025.
