
Vijay Kumar Dubey is a political leader from Uttar Pradesh and a member of the Bhartiya Janata Party. He is the incumbent Member of Parliament from Uttar Pradesh’s Kushi Nagar Lok Sabha constituency. He was born on June 20, 1960, in Kushi Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
In 2001, he joined Yogi Adityanath's Hindu Yuva Vahini and became the district coordinator for HUY Kushinagar, marking the beginning of his political career. As a result of his commitment and diligence, the organization was strengthened in Kushinagar, and he developed a close bond with Yogi Adityanath.
The BJP announced him as the Kushinagar Parliamentary area's candidate for the Lok Sabha in 2009 after seeing his potential. Even though he lost this election, he continued with his political career by briefly joining the Congress party in 2010. His victory in the 2012 Khadda Assembly MLA election under the Congress banner further proved his political ability.
He rejoined the BJP in 2016, demonstrating his mobility and flexibility in the political sphere. Due to his commitment to serving his community, he was nominated as the Kushinagar MP candidate for the 2019 General Election. He emerged victorious in this election, securing a seat in the Lok Sabha as a Member of Parliament from Kushinagar.
