ABOUT Arjun Rampal

Tall, Dark and Handsome, if only a few words like these were enough to describe Arjun Rampal. Popular among his audience for his sexy and bold looks, he has always created a buzz in the media for his outstanding performances both onscreen and offscreen. He started his acting career in 2001 doing several small budget movies, only to get his major break in the blockbuster of the year 2006 'Don' beside none other than King Khan and Piggy Chops. There was no stop ahead from then on. He acted in various commercial successes like 'Om Shanti Om', 'Rock On!!', 'Housefull' and 'Ra.One'. His mind blowing performance in 'RockOn!!' also fetched him the National Film Award and a Filmfare for Best Supporting Actor. Nevertheless, the 44-year-old model turned actor made his debut in the industry as a producer starting his own production house, Chasing Ganesha Films with wife Mehr Jesia. A lesser known fact about him is that after 'Rock On!!' he also got an opportunity to star in Rituparno Ghosh's English movie 'The Last Lear', alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Preity Zinta which also got premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.
