Chefs are pulling all stops as they infuse their gastronomic creations with the hues of the tricolour. The range is as diverse as India itself — from tricolour pizzas and pastas to tricolour dhokla and chicken tikkas. These dishes are not just a feast for the stomach, but also a feast for the eyes.
