Water inundated parts of the J J colony in Delhi's Bawana after the Munak canal, which supplies water from Haryana to Delhi, breached on Thursday. (PTI)
Delhi Water Minister Atishi inspected the flooded area. She told reporters that a joint inquiry will be held by the Delhi and Haryana governments into the reason behind the breach.
At the site of the breach, teams of Haryana’s irrigation department and the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) are present. Mobile pumps have also been deployed to flush out water accumulated in Bawana. (PTI Photo)
