
Rajasthan Election Results 2023: The Election Commission trends available on the site for the assembly polls in Rajasthan, show that the BJP leading was in 99 seats and while Congress with 77 seats.
According to the Election Commission, the early trends show the Bharat Adivasi Party and independent candidates were leading in four seats each of southern Rajasthan—Dungarpur, Chorasi, Ghatol and Banswara, while the BSP, RLD, CPI(M), and Aazad Samaj Party were ahead in one seat each.
The assembly election for the state was held on November 25 and got underway at 8 am amid tight security arrangements.
First, postal ballots will be counted followed by Electronic Voting Machines.
A total of 36 counting centres have been set up in 199 of the state’s 200 assembly constituencies that went to the poll. The election for Sriganganagar’s Karanpur seat was postponed due to the death of Congress candidate Gurmeet Singh Koonar.
