Buckingham Palace disclosed the gift exchange between the royals and the Trumps during Wednesday’s state visit. King Charles and Queen Camilla presented Donald and Melania Trump with a hand-bound leather volume commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, along with the Union flag that flew above the palace on Trump’s 2017 inauguration day.
Melania also received a silver and enamel bowl and a custom handbag by British designer Anya Hindmarch. In return, Trump gifted Charles a replica of a President Eisenhower sword, while Camilla was given a vintage Tiffany & Co. gold, diamond, and ruby brooch.
