The ad begins with two people discussing what to get for their mother on Facebook and then shifts to Amazon’s site with results for various gift options like jewellery, clothes, and gadgets.

Just when you think the ad is clichéd and that the two siblings are going to get their mother some jewellery, the ad completely changes. All the various tabs with different kinds of gift options are closed.
Why? As the ad spells it out, “What your mom really wants can’t be ordered online.” Powerful and quite true.
