A woman is being praised on social media after a viral video showed her saving an elderly man who suffered a heart attack at Delhi airport.
The videos were shared by social media user Rishi Bagree on X, showing the woman, who appears to be a doctor, conducting cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the man lying on the floor. According to Bagree, the man, who is in his 60s, suffered a heart attack at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 2.
The accompanying caption read, “Today at T2 Delhi Airport, a gentleman in his late 60s had a heart attack in the food court area. This lady Doctor revived him in 5 mins.Super proud of Indian doctors.Please share this so that she can be acknowledged.”
The first video shows the doctor pumping the man’s chest frantically while calling out to airport personnel. The next video shows the man regaining consciousness while the doctor continued to perform CPR.

With 5.1 million views already, the internet hailed the doctor for her quick response to the situation.
One user wrote, “Salute to the doctor!Every Indian should learn how to do CPR. In Germany it’s part of the first aid course which is a mandatory step to get a driving license.” Meanwhile, a second user said, “That’s incredible news! Kudos to the lady doctor who acted swiftly and revived the gentleman within just 5 minutes. Proud of our doctors for their dedication and life-saving skills! .”
And a third user added, “That woman literally snatched uncle’s soul from Yamraj
