A disturbing video of a man pulling off a deadly stunt involving a speeding train has sparked outrage on social media. In the video, the man lies down on a railway track as the train passes over him. The exact date and location of the incident are unknown.
Shared by an X user, Nidhi Ambedkar, the viral clip, recorded by the man’s aide, shows another man directing the man in question, asking him to lie down as the train approaches. After the train passes over him, the man jumps in excitement.
“People are risking their lives in the pursuit of making reels..!The government should take strict action against those making such videos,” the caption read.

The video, which amassed over four lakh views, drew a backlash. Several X users condemned the incident, demanding strict action against the man. “These days, all this has become normal, wherever you look, people are doing such foolish antics; to gain a little fame, they are risking their lives,” a user wrote. “They should be punished,” another user commented.
“This reel culture is destroying the nation’s wellbeing. Cringe content is taking over genuine valuable content,” a third user reacted.
Responding to the video, the official handle of the Western Railway asked the user to share location details. “Kindly share details of the incident for better assistance,” it wrote.
In a similar incident in April, a man in Uttar Pradesh was arrested after a video of him lying on a railway track near the Kusumbhi railway station in Unnao as a train passed over him came to light. Identified as Ranjeet Chaurasia, the man was sent to jail for “misusing railway tracks for stunts”.
