A woman from Gurugram took to social media to applaud Blinkit’s 10-minute ambulance service, not just for its incredible speed but for the kindness and professionalism of its staff. Her heartfelt post gained significant attention that even Deepinder Goyal, CEO of Zomato (Blinkit’s parent company), responded.

In a now-viral LinkedIn post, Komal Kataria shared how the experience reshaped her view of emergency medical care. Summing up her gratitude, she wrote, “When every second counts, Blinkit ambulance delivers.”

“My grandfather needed urgent medical attention, and we called Blinkit Ambulance. I expected the usual long wait, chaotic rush, and unclear processes. But what happened next left me in awe. Within minutes, the ambulance arrived—faster than any traditional service I’ve seen. The paramedics and staff were incredibly professional, carrying out on-the-spot tests (BP, sugar, oxygen levels) and ensuring stabilisation before we even reached the hospital,” she wrote in her LinkedIn post.

She further added, “What stood out the most? Their compassion and integrity. They didn’t just drop us off and leave. They stayed until the doctor arrived, providing a detailed handover of my grandfather’s condition. When my mother, out of gratitude, tried to offer them money off the books, they politely refused. It’s rare to see such professionalism, speed, and humility combined in emergency services. Blinkit isn’t just revolutionising quick commerce—it’s redefining emergency response.”

She concluded her post by saying, “Kudos to the team for setting a gold standard in urgent care and human kindness.”

Another user commented, “In times like these, it is so assuring to have a service like Blinkit ambulances. Thinking about ambulance logistics is the last thing you should have to do in times of medical emergencies. So glad that people are taking healthcare seriously and developing services around it.”

A professor from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has also recently lauded Blinkit’s ambulance service, calling it “the healthcare revolution India has been waiting for.” The remark came after the hospital received a patient transported through the platform’s rapid-response system.
