From chocolate panipuris to the world’s most spicy panipuri, foodies have tried out different versions of it. However, a Bengaluru outlet serving gold and silver panipuris has left the internet spellbound.

Shared by a food handle cherishing_the_taste, the video opens with the chef coating the gold and silver foils on the puris. As the video progresses, the chefs add honey and dry fruits to the puris and serve it with syrup. The food vloggers in the video give thumbs up to the dish, describing its taste as ‘royal’. Sharing the video, the handle wrote, “Actually love the taste, it’s obviously a sweet dish; the fried poori and other ingredients tastes so great together. If you have sweet tooth, you gonna love it.”

“Also their regular range of panipuri is a must try too! (For those who can’t eat sweet),” it added.

The now-viral video amassed over 2 million views on the platform, sparking a sea of reactions from foodies. Reacting to it, a user wrote, “It Should Be Called BAPPI LAHIRI Pani puri.” Another user commented, “Change the name also, when you have changed everything.”

“No matter how much gold, silver or diamond you add, the real fun is eating roadside panipuris,” the third user reacted.

Earlier, a video of a vendor claiming to sell the world’s most spicy panipuri triggered chatter on social media. The video showed foodies tasting the panipuri with mountain-like potato filling.
