It’s getting scorching out there, and it’s not just us humans struggling with the rising temperatures. In Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad, a monkey fell from a tree because of the blazing sun. To his luck, some caring souls spotted the fall and sprang into action.
The viral video making the rounds shows these locals dousing the monkey with cool water and giving it a hydrating boost with some ORS. As the sun continued its relentless assault, the monkey struggled, but the community didn’t back down.
They rallied around the little guy, giving him a refreshing bath and a soothing massage with cooling oil. To ensure he stayed hydrated, they made sure he got his fill of that special drink. Their quick thinking and compassionate hearts likely saved the day.

One user wrote in Hindi, which translated to, “The condition of animals is very bad in summer and very few people pay attention to it… it was good to see it.” Another user said, “Not just humans, even animals are suffering from the heat .” A third user commented, “It is extremely hot, take care of yourself and your loved ones.”
Just a few days ago, another monkey fell from a tree and fainted because of a heat stroke. Fortunately, 51-year-old head constable Vikas Tomar, stationed at Chhatari police station in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr, was there. He performed CPR on the baby monkey, which had passed out from dehydration.
