Daiwa, an Indian electronic brand today launched a new range of 4K UHD QLED TVs. The new smart TVs are available in 43-inch, 50-inch and 65-inch screen sizes and have a slim profile and almost bezel-less design.
Available exclusively via Flipkart, Daiwa’s 4K UHD QLED TV uses Quantum Luminut+ technology with 94 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut that helps to deliver vibrant yet realistic colours. The new series also features 4K upscaling, HDR10 and has HLG for improved brightness and contrast.
The smart TVs have a refresh rate of 60Hz and have MEMC to improve clarity in fast-moving scenes. Daiwa says the new smart TVs run on LG’s webOS Hub 2.0 and even support the company’s ThinQ AI-based voice assistant. It comes with LG Magic Remote which also doubles up as a mouse and supports Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) along with a dedicated Gaming Dashboard.
Powered by a quad-core processor, the smart TVs have 1.5GB RAM and 8GB storage. They also support popular screen casting protocols like Miracast, Airplay, Apple TV, HomeKit and Apple Music. On the audio front, you get two 24W speakers with support for Dolby Atmos alongside Auto Volume and 2-way Bluetooth audio playback.
Connectivity options include three HDMI ports, two USB ports, an ethernet port, one audio out and a Digital Audio Output port to connect speakers. As for pricing, Daiwa’s new 43-inch, 50-inch and 65-inch 4K UDH QLED smart TVs are priced at Rs 22,499, Rs 29,499 and Rs 52,200 respectively.
