Motorola has launched the Moto G57 Power in India. The latest budget phone from the Lenovo-owned smartphone brand features a huge 7,000mAh battery and is paired with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. The Moto G57 Power is the first phone in India to feature the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset. It runs Hello UI based on Android 16 out of the box, and Motorola promises one major OS update along with three years of security patches.
Like most Motorola phones, you get a faux leather back that looks and feels premium, with a slightly raised rectangular camera island at the top right that houses a 50MP Sony LYT 600 sensor alongside an 8MP ultrawide shooter and a 2-in-1 ambient light sensor and flicker detector. You also get an 8MP selfie shooter, which should suffice for video calls.
Sporting a 6.7-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and FullHD+ resolution, the Moto G57 Power is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and comes with IP64 water resistance. And while it does have the outdated side-mounted fingerprint sensor, the Moto G57 comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is pretty rare for a phone launching in late 2025. The device offers up to 8GB RAM and comes with 128GB of internal UFS 2.2 storage and is backed by a 7,000mAh battery that supports 33W wired charging.
Available in three colours — Pantone Regatta, Pantone Corsair and Pantone Fluidity — the Moto G57 Power will go on sale starting December 3. It will be sold through select retail stores, Motorola’s official website, and Flipkart. The phone is priced at Rs 13,999, but Motorola is offering a Rs 1,000 launch discount. Buyers can also get an additional Rs 1,000 off with select bank cards, bringing the effective price down to Rs 12,999.
