Micromax has launched two new selfie centric smartphones- Bolt Selfie and Canvas Selfie 4. The Bolt Selfie is priced at Rs 4,999 and is available exclusively on Flipkart. Micromax will announce the price of Canvas Selfie 4 by the end of this month.

Micromax Bolt Selfie sports a 5MP front shooter with face and beauty mode; and gesture capture. The 4G-enabled smartphone has a 4.5-inch screen and a 1,750 mAh battery. It houses a 5MP rear camera as well. It is powered by 1 GHz quad-core processor, with 1GB RAM and 8 ROM (expandable up to 32GB). The OS is Android Lollipop. It comes in white and champagne colour variants.

“Our Bolt Selfie is designed to keep the new and young smartphone users especially women in Tier 2 & 3 cities who have limited options and avenues to shop, are very price conscious and yet desire a perfect selfie experience,” Shubhajit Sen, Chief Marketing Officer, said.

Micromax Canvas Selfie 4 runs Android Marshmallow, and will be available by the end of May. It features a 5-inch display, 8 MP front camera and 8 MP rear camera. The 3G-enabled smartphone comes with a tap sensor on the back, that allows users to click pictures and swap camera from front to back with a single tap.

Canvas Selfie 4 is backed by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory (expandable up to 32 GB). It comes packs a 2,500mAh battery.
