Zainulbhai joins RIL as independent director

With this,the board will expand to 14 members with 8 members being independent directors.

Adil Zainulbhai has been appointed as independent director on the board of directors of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) with immediate effect. With this,the board will expand to 14 members with 8 members being independent directors.

Mukesh Ambani,CMD,Reliance Industries said,Adil is undoubtedly one of the finest consulting minds in the world and we are delighted to have him join our Board.

Zainulbhai was,till recently,chairman pf McKinsey India. He has been associated with several projects in areas like energy,urbanisation and inclusive growth.
